84% of UK HR Directors and Managers believe that latent, untapped
talent exists within their organisations *
Human potential, or talent, is recognised as a critical corporate resource. A talented workforce can
prove a key differentiator for the modern organisation, helping to maintain competitive advantage.
However, many organisations are still struggling to clearly identify, measure, or retain this valuable
resource.
This interactive workshop led by Nathan Hobbs, Head of Talent Management at OPP, looks at the nature and complexity of talent,
considering how to get the best out of your talent on a personal and organisational level. Thought
provoking group discussion will identify the challenges in managing talent well and the business
benefits of getting it right.
OPP works with many of Europe's leading corporations to improve the selection, management and
development of their people. Expertise in applied business psychology has enabled OPP to design,
develop and implement leading-edge solutions in Talent Management, Leadership Effectiveness and
Change Enablement.
* Taken from the “Capitalising on Talent” research report, published by OPP 2003.
